Tufted epiphyte to 14 inches, stems erect to 7 inches long, with 1 loose fitting sheath at the middle; leaves fleshy, oblong-strap-shaped, short-petioled; flowers .75 inches long, dull yellowish-brown, spotted with dull purple, upper sepal elliptic-oblong, lateral sepals similar, united up to apex, petals much shorter, oblong-strap-shaped, lip fleshy, tongue-shaped.
- Culture: cool to warm rowing, evenly moist year round
