SPECIAL COLLECTION:
Medicinal Plants - Ayurveda Medicine

Ayurveda is the traditional Indian practice of medicine that understands health to be a wholesome experience. Ayurveda's philosophy lies in the concept that health is optimal when body, mind, and spirit are within alignment. Because their teachings articulate that diseases occur due to an imbalance in either three states, their traditional remedies go beyond treating the disease. The plants on on this page are some examples of the ingredients used in many of their practices.
