University of Connecticut College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Greenhouses

Visiting the Greenhouses:

With one of the most diverse plant collections in the northeastern United States, the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Greenhouses are an exciting destination in eastern Connecticut.

We welcome drop-in visitors to come have a look around to see what's new and also offer self-discovery visits and guided tours for school age children and special groups.

We are located on the north side of campus in an area known at the Tech Quad. The greenhouses are not visible from any of the major roads on campus so check out the interactive map and come discover us!!

The Torrey Life Sciences Greenhouses are
open to the public 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.

The schedule below lists currently scheduled tours to help you plan your visit.
