Justicia cydoniifolia

  • Habitat:

  • Description: Showy tropical shrub to 3m high, with appressed reddish hairs; stout stems with broad ovate leaves 12-30cm long, dark green with pink midrib; inflorescence with conspicuous crimson bracts and two lipped white flowers. Tropical climate.

    Note: erroneously cultivated under the name Adhatoda cydoniifoila Nees. which is a synonym of Justicia cydoniifolia.
