  • Description: [Syn Eugenia jambos L.]

    Indigenous to the Malay Archipelago, this tree reaches a height of 30-40 ft (9-12 m) with a rounded crown. The leaves are dark green and glossy and the fluffy, greenish white flowers are borne in large rounded clusters. The edible, creamy pink to yellow, fragrant fruit have a decided taste of rose water.
